includes a warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and
strengthening using weights and a full-body stretch. The class

INTERVAL:
This class is made of alternating 4-6 minute segments of step
cardio, with 2-3 minute segments of strength work. This is a great
all around workout is on its way.
SPIN -
INDOOR CYCLING:
Take the ride of your life in any one of our indoor
cycling classes. Our instructors will lead you through flatlands and
hills in this 55-minute cardio workout. All fitness levels.
