Tom Newbold

Tom Newbold began playing drums in Petaluma, California, at age seven as a hobby. After graduating high school in 2000, Tom decided to pursue music more seriously and has since earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Music Theory from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Music degree in Percussion Performance from SDSU. Tom is currently a member of the music faculties of San Diego State University, the Youth Arts Academy at the Boys and Girls Club of San Dieguito, and Carmel Valley Middle School.
